My turn prompt (both on tables list and email notification)

It takes me to the game, but I am not able to complete any actions for my turn. The status bar at the top of the game shows the other playing needs to complete a move (and that it's their turn), however it still shows as my turn and the game will not advance.

F5 did not solve the problem. It has been at this same status since yesterday. I have logged in from my computer, tablet, and phone with the same issue present on all.

It seems like your opponent is supposed to take an action. Was your opponent also blocked in taking their turn?
