Just checked this game and there is no tie, Akerker wins as expected.

So perhaps the ratings are distributed correctly, but wrong text displayed at end of game?

The log shows the correct label (I checked the game log)
This is also shown in the game log while playing (check replay)
However if you replay, and e.g. select me as the player, you'll see in the main window (on top):
"End of game : End of game (tie)"

Ha ok I see, we declared this game with only one winner and players who did not win are displayed as all tied for second place. I'll fix the declaration so that everyone is ranked.
