I used a loot token to allow two players to draw a card which I used for myself and the Bard. I tried to make some other moves but they weren't legal, Then I discarded/passed and the damage was dealt to the Bard instead of to me (Druid).

Because you passed the turn and the Bard started the turn, the Bard took the damage before starting their turn. Not a bug.
