Trying to select either bottom action on the nonevent cards on mobile. Unable to select and it only selects top half of the card not matter what I do

I am using Firefox on mobile, opponent is red player using Safari on mobile. I can select everything fine. In addition to not being able to select bottom half, they also cannot select the counterattack card.

Have the bug on iPhone + chrome / firefox / safari.
Bug only happen on my phone + mobile website of the game (mobile mode) , the bug is not present when I switch the browser to desktop mode.
i cannot reproduce the bug on a macbook and a browser + devtools trying to simulate mobile browsing.

I am using Safari on iPhone and I am not able to select the bottom half action of the card on my phone but am able to do that through my laptop on Opera browser. There might be a bug with phone played interface
