I don't understand what that means in this context. Does it mean no more improvements will ever be made to any games? To this game in particular? Are there no other programmers available? I don't currently see the relevance of that sentence to this suggestion.

I designed Oust and wrote the program. One guy did a little more work on it. I'm not doing any more work on the Oust program or any other of the programs I wrote. If you can find someone else to improve the history details, be my guest.
