My Rats were not given the chance to redeploy after the attackers turn

Beginning of Round 3
The attacker (plays Skeletons) attacked my Rats. I was not given the opportunity to redeploy (i had available territories), and the next player (Amazons) was instructed to play. My killed rats stayed on my hand until my next turn. According to the rules I should have been given the chance to redeploy them, immediately after the attackers turn
Maybe somehow the fact tat BB_poussin's had also converted an elf token caused the bug ?
Or maybe it is the fact that the player after BB_poussin's (yaron) was diplomat and ad named the elf player (Ludir) at peace tat triggers the bug ?
