• BGAで正しく実装されていないルールはどの部分ですか?
I bought Landscaping Office, expecting to be able to remove some of my sand pits in exchange for sand/clay. In order to pay for the building, I first activated one of my building abilities, then bought the building, then (unexpectedly) it did not prompt me to clear any sand pits (or even prompt me to pass), it just prompted me to confirm.
Using the Landscaping Office has worked for me in the past. I suspect it had something to do with using a building action after clicking on the bottom row 'build' action, but before actually building.• ルールの間違いはゲームのリプレイで確認できますか?そうであれば、行動番号は何番ですか?

I've tried in several ways and I haven't been able to reproduce it, for me all the times I've been offered the immediate action. As I have a pair of similar reports I guess it's a combination of multiple things.
I'm closing this report but, in case it happens again, it would be very useful if you can create a new report at the moment it happens, without finishing your turn, as the platform generates a snapshot of the database that I can use to emulate locally your exact current situation.

I have also experienced it working correctly, so there is some exact conditions necessary to reproduce. I will do as you said if I hit it again.
