I am reproducing this right now at boardgamearena.com/9/kahuna?table=135580465# (don't now how to get turn number, but occurred at 1/10/2021 11am PST).

The issue is a display issue in some orientations. In landscape mode the discard option appears as text to the right of cards once a card is selected, but it does not in portrait orientation as shown in screens hot.

It would be nice if there was a prompt to discard instead of just saying "You must build/destroy a bridge Or pick a card | Do not draw (button)" I got lucky as I had rotated my phone to type this comment and looked back at the game while a card was selected.

No one at my recent game was able to discard any cards. You could either draw or skip. Which meant our hands got cluttered with defensive moves. Frustrating.

When accessing the site on a smartphone, when you have 5 cards in hand, and want to discard a card to draw a new one (without playing anything), the button/link for this action does not appear.

I have noticed this issue repeatedly on games of Kahuna, but am only just now commenting on it.

It is unlikely to get many upvotes because it's not a common action to want to take, but also, as the implementation is correct in the web version, the code for it must be present, so it should be a relatively simple fix to make it display correctly on mobile.
