A quick button to confirm or undo my card placement at the end of the turn after seeing it in the grid. I am constantly playing cards and realizing at the last second that I played it into the wrong spot.

This has caught me a couple times, especially since there is an option to cancel the messenger move.

This is really important as you can't always see your card and your grid on the same screen, so it's easy to misplace.
Also without the ability to place then move (something you do when playing the IRL version) you disadvantage people with less memory or spatial reasoning skills.
It is also something players do a lot in real life games and is a bit draw back to this online version and sours you to playing.

Agreed, especially on mobile it happens fast that you pick the wrong spot and there is no way to confirm or undo =(
