I had just made an incorrect prediction. The only group-access power card was exile, which can only be used after a correct prediction. The system did catch this and reject the attempt when I clicked that card, but it should not have given me the prompt in the first place.• あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

Hello there! This isn't quite a bug; right now, the game checks whether you have any cards that can be played in the appropriate action window ("before/after prediction/playing", basically), and not if any additional conditions are met, if there are any valid targets for the faded power, or if, in the case of the two powers that require that you discard an additional faded power, that cost can be paid.
I'm going to mark this as a suggestion, because while it's not unexpected behavior, I think that we could certainly make the gameplay experience nicer if we were a bit more clever.
