This card represents all factions at same time.
So why mine Underwater Artist didn't stole Emperor from a player with 2 hidden cards (Emperor + some else (undead)) by picking Water faction? -

I tried to finish the game as fast as possible because I didn't wanted to play a bugged match and accidentaly won. There could be another winner. Can you nullify this match statistics for all 4 players?

When Buried Emperor was revealed by Tentacled Oracle, both red and green tracker were reduced by 3, when neither tracker should have moved if an undead is drawn. The emperor is all factions at any time, so should have counted as an undead.
