so I tried clicking on a square but it thought i was clicking on one diagonally adjacent. wouldnt select the one i wanted even though it would have won me the game. several squares were like this. played in crome browser.

Le jeu me présentait des cases vides qu'il ne me permettait pas de sélectionner.
En passant la sourie sur une case, le jeu semblait me proposer une autre case proche parmi celles qu'il me permettait de sélectionner.
Au moins la moitié des cases n'étaient pas sectionnables.
Quand il n'ait plus resté que des cases non sélectionnables, le jeu attendait mon action, mais je ne pouvais pas la réaliser.

This has happened to me as well, had to refresh every single time it was my turn to select the box I wanted.

This has happened to me as well. I played 2 games so far on an iPad Pro 2017, and both times around 20-30% of the squares were not selectable. I even tried refreshing, rotating from landscape to portrait, zooming in and out, but the problem persisted.
I lost the first game because I couldn’t select a couple of squares that had the enemy’s ships...
I was able to win the second game, after refreshing the page and rotating the iPad several times in a row... I assume the other player had the same problem, because he wasn’t selecting squares that were 100% obvious.
Please fix this issue, it’s very annoying! I’m not playing this game anymore until this won’t be fixed.

Same here. I could click B9 but not C9. Leaving the game, then rejoining it seemed to clear the issue.

I face this problem too, almost in every game I have played for the past two months. When I move my mouse around the board, on certain squares the cursor change from the usual white slanted arrow to the capital i, like when u move the cursor to this text box. But I did manage to select them after refreshing though. Chrome browser here

Once I hit a ship, I couldn't place another shot next to that space. 80% of certain columns we off limits. When I clicked a square in those columns it highlighted a box in an adjacent column. Some rows were also off limits to me. I was shooting an every other square pattern. I could do that, but then I couldn't fill in the spaces between.

Il y a durant le jeu un décalage entre la trame esthétique (le dessin du plateau de jeu) et la trame de sélection.
Très souvent, lorsqu'une casse à été sélectionnée au tour T, les cases à proximité immédiates (soit les 8 autour) ne sont pas sélectionnables.
Le bug peut être temporairement supprimé en rafraîchissant la page de jeu, mais revient au bout de 3-4 tours.
Cela revient à chaque partie sur le navigateur Chrome pour ma part (pas d'autres navigateurs testés).

I play on a windows PC running firefox 67.0 64bit

this game it's evidently buggy:
1) during own units deploy, it is not possible to select which one to put
2) during game, at the beginning, it is possible to select cells where to fire, but as soon as the match goes on, already clicked cells are taking the selection even I click on other free cells to try other fire.

The first play me and my opponent agrees to drop the match because it was simply not possible to play.
Please fix as soon as possible, even if this games is not probably so popular.

please re-try now I fix bug related bubble speech
may need to force refresh because css may be cached (especifally on mobile)
