In order to assist you, could you please detail where you expected the scoring to be different and what you were expecting?
Without further detail, I can look at the wealth of your two fiefs: your single-territory Fief at F9 had only wood, so that's correct with a wealth of 1; your large fief had the three basic resources (wood, fish, carrots) but no luxury resources, for a total wealth of 3 which looks correct to me. But please advise where there is an error and I will investigate.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
