Playing Rusviet faction. Not allowed to perform upgrades, even after a turn that was not a Produce/Upgrade action.

Playing Crimea and chose Bolster/Upgrade. Chose the Power Cube and moved it to the Upgrade slot. Clicked on Confirm, and the game then gave these errors all in a row:

Invalid or missing substitution argument for log message: ${faction_name} upgrades their mat to reduce the cost of ${action} by removing a cube from ${topAction}
${faction_name} upgrades their mat to reduce the cost of ${action} by removing a cube from ${topAction}

The action banner still showed the Confirm button on it, which I clicked and succeeded in completing the action.

Note - Actual order of operation was as follows:

Invalid or missing substitution argument for log message: ${faction_name} upgrades their mat to reduce the cost of ${action} by removing a cube from ${topAction}
Invalid or missing substitution argument for log message: ${faction_name} upgrades their mat to reduce the cost of ${action} by removing a cube from ${topAction}
Invalid or missing substitution argument for log message: ${faction_name} upgrades their mat to reduce the cost of ${action} by removing a cube from ${topAction}

Then, successful operation followed, but with problem displaying player and action performed:

Running into similar situation for game#714376960. Attempted using upgrade for Crimea two ways either by using factory card to pay coin for favor and upgrade or using crimea oil resource to upgrade. I can do all options but upgrade receiving the following “unexpected error: can’t use cube. gS3 23/08 15:26.” Move #372.
