I used an opponent's Diplomacy ship which should activate an option from the third (inhabited) spot to pay 3 gems and take an extra turn (given Diplomacy ship was used);

But using it, no Extra-Turn actions are possible. Turn "actions" (ships, other options) either are deactivated (can not be clicked) or do not appear.

It gives a message, "You may finish your action or end turn" (or something like that), but there is now way to continue an action.

I believe an Extra-Turn should start over a new turn entirely, and offer me either Take-Income or selection of ships to use. Take-Income button did not appear
