It's completely unnecessary to confirm ending your turn and it only leads to unavoidable wasting of turn time. At least make this optional like other games with similar confirmations.

It can be useful to have a confirmation to avoid un-undoable mistakes at the end of the turn.
Some games have an end-of-turn confirmation that automatically confirms after some timeout. Example: Memoir 44 with a timeout of 10 seconds.
This might be a good compromise.

At lest don't ask if you're sure you want to end your turn because you might take a boat when there are no boats.
