I think that's not a bug.
Here comes the logs:
-Donegal get 2 purple crystals from empty space
-Donegal moves their tile
-Donegal get 2 purple crystals from blessing (#10 movement)
You get 2 crystals from empty space in your local storage and get 2 more crystals to your warrior because of the Arrow Bonus, see the rules:
Gain Arrow Bonus: Place the same number of Energy Crystals (from the general supply E) on the Hot Tile as the number of arrows pointing to it.
Here comes the logs:
