Here is message in the game:
Dave Tompkins must give permission for Corinth Hoplite-3 at Megara to defend Megara
I sent Dave a message, he stated he has not received anything.
The game puts me back into Commit Forces, I've tried the Bronze shield a few times.

I chatted with Dave a bit, he is also new to this gamer and was unaware of the screen to the right. So I'm sure it's fine. Game says message was sent, which is not correct, Dave never received a message. Seems players need to set this up after getting their Military forces, because if not, clicking bronze shield will have no effect
