Obvious at end of the game, with returned results, only verifier D was narrowed with an obvious deduction for 3 of a kind making A superfluous. Combination could have been 421, 423, 321• あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

Not a bug. The correct answer is 412, which isn't one of your options! No guessing is required.
C tells you that Bl+Y<6, so that rules out the first 2 of your options. B tells you that the sum is Odd, which rules out the last of your options.
412 is the only code that satisfies all the verifiers.
