The purpose of the card I played was to give me 2 fishes for each treasure I have on my boat.
At the time, I had 5 treasures, so I should have received 10 fishes. I clicked the card (it's an "Anytime" card), and the card highlighted and disappeared.
There were no fishes added to my dashboard and the fact that I played the card did not show up in the log (I tried a refresh, exiting the game and returning, no luck).• ルールの間違いはゲームのリプレイで確認できますか?そうであれば、行動番号は何番ですか?

In the replay, you still have it in your hand so I guess that you abandoned the game before confirming this move. Anyway, it's normal that you would gain 0 fish since the card is "Gain 2 fish for each RARE treasures on your boat" and you had no RARE treasures on your boat, only common treasures. So there is no bug.
