I have reported the problem. I have requested the agree to end the game with no response from the other player. I have tried to pass on my turn. I am now just waiting for it to close and give me a penalty.

Unfortunately, we haven't received a response with the required information, so I'm going to close the request. If the information is provided later on, we can always reopen this and investigate.
