After using Hercules to put two stones on Aquila, I passed turn, expecting to be offered the possibility to dream both on Aquila and Cygnus. Instead, only Aquila was offered, as if it was still empty.

Yeah, that's what the rules say to do. The game is working correctly, but you've misunderstood the rules.

Aquila has the highest number of stars.

Okay, my bad, Aquila has 10 stars. The problem actually is : it's written 9 on it. I didn't count, blindly trusting what's written :)

Yeah, it's the card (or one of the two cards?) where there appears to be a typo on the count. I noticed it while doing data entry. The game's logic correctly counts the stars and ignores the printed number.
