I built the Keep and at the end of the game I had 11 captured workers. That should have given me 3 points, which would have given me the win. However I didnt get the points

They're added the the building score, 48 = (12 (keep) + 10 (barracks) + 11 (University) + 12 (Fortress) + 3 (captured workers))
