I have a Giant Rat and one generated rat in play with two soldiers. I can’t see any way to not assign them and any combination of assigning them to the two rats only leaves a [reset] button.

Placing soldiers leads to the reset only state. Resetting sets me back to the beginning of this phase in a loop.

I was unable to complete the fight stage. I had fight token but nothing to fight. When I End Turn it would error out. Went through three cycles of this until it cleared up on its own and the game proceeded as normal.
