having the same issue on Chrome Browser. My only options are restart, or take action, but no buttons to do so.

During the planning phase of turn 4, after completing planning, an error message popped up briefly about an illegal position (?), then the game locked. On refresh, planning phase restarted as if nothing had happened.
Happens repeatedly, for both players.

A bug has been fixed during the phase transition, but your games cant be fixed. Sorry for this and thank you for report.
