I just watched your game again and there are no problems.
At move: 63 you activate Common Deceiver without worries and you gain the resources.
Then at move 71 you do the Activate action again but you do not have the active orange token so you cannot cast Common Deceiver. You can only activate the Earthlover mushroom.
Then the game is abandoned.
There is no error.
