I just played a game where I had passed in the final round so I was done playing.

However, the player that was playing the Cultist faction built/upgraded next to me and I was prompted to accept or decline power even though I had passed for the final round. Since I had passed for the final round and thought I had no more actions to do in the game so I closed the browser.

I recommend that the game should auto-decline power from Cultist's for any player that has passed in the final round just like how the game auto-declines power from any other faction unless it's free power.

If it's 1 power for 0 cost it can still be useful to get even from the Cultists. It might not help them get more points from temple, while it can help you get an extra point. So in that case I'd still want it to ask.

With the cultists it's always a decision:
- if you accept they'll advance on the cult track
- if you decline they'll gain one power.

This decision can have an influence on the game so it should not be taken automatically.

If one of your opponents play the cultists, don't close your browser till the end :)
