that is a rule of the game that you cannot form, in ANY way a 2x2 filled square.

This is not fixed.
Just hit this too.
No matter what shape I chose, I got the error that I can't fill a 2 by 2 square.
I wasn't selecting a square.
Tried several times, deselected several times.
