Reloading the page does not solve the problem. Clicking the link to "switch to another langauge (English)" did not solve the problem. Here is a screenshot of the "network" tab in the browser's developer tools:

This is a BGA error that happen once in a while when there is an issue on a server. F5 or waiting for the server issue to be resolved usually make the error go away.
