An Incantation card can be played during one’s turn, in the Summoning phase and during the Assault phase. However, there is no option to do that during the game.• ルールの間違いはゲームのリプレイで確認できますか?そうであれば、行動番号は何番ですか?

You cannot play incant during assault phase. This was a rule during beta testing of the game which was removed later.
