After hitting F5, two more messages appeared: "Application loading... Go back" and "Connecting to your game..." and the game was still stuck. It happened for both water and rover trackers.
Both "Undo last step" and "Restart turn" buttons partially worked (the page was not refreshed after hitting those buttons - I had to manually reload the page with F5), but subsequent attempts to advance any of the tracks had the same result as described above.
I believe it happens only for the Makeshift corporation: I did have situations when I had to advance already maxed out trackers for other corporations and I didn't have this problem - trackers just stayed in place and nothing was happening. I guess it could be because advancing trackers for Makeshift corporation involves one extra step where you have to actually select where to move the tracker (since for this corporation trackers can move to adjacent tracks) unlike other corporations where the tracker just moves up automatically. Looks like the code has troubles highlighting valid spots for moving trackers when the tracker is at the end of the track.
Game completed successfully because I used lv4 tech.
I have to advance the tech track, that is already at the top. Because of my corporation's ability, Make Shift, I should be able to move the marker to the sides, but the game doesn't give me this option. However, it says I must advance, not letting me skip this impossible advance. When I click the button, no advance options are shown, and the game gets blocked for me. I have to press restart turn and then exit the game in order to be able to regain control of the UI.

Just in case it's related, I also have unlocked the ability to regress one track (but I wouldn'l like to have to regress that track just so that I can advance it)
