Game start - I was offered to use my civ ability of
"discard a tile and give a cube to an opponent"
However this ability is triggered at the beginning of the income turn, therefore I obviously do not have ANY tiles to discard, so I cannot legally proceed in this action. And the game doesn´t allow me to do it without it,• このゲームアクションを引き起こす為に何を試みましたか?

I had the issue too. Historians are supposed to start with a territory tile, but the game doesn't draw the territory tile until AFTER the first income turn, so I could not use my civilization ability in a 5 player game. Table ID 502447206, move 9.
My suggestion is to change when that territory tile is drawn so that the civilization ability can be used in 4-5 player games.
